5 stars (with a family heads-up) We stopped at Twin Peaks in Reno for lunch while traveling in from the Phoenix area, and the food was genuinely fantastic. We ordered the char-grilled salmon and the brisket nachos, and both were absolutely delicious—well-cooked, flavorful, and totally worth the stop. I also have to compliment the interior. The decor is really well done: woodsy, masculine, and thoughtfully designed. There were sections of the walls that looked like real tree-bark-style paneling, antler chandeliers, and an overall rustic lodge vibe that felt very intentional and well-crafted. One important note for families: the servers were very pleasant, attentive, and professional—but the attire is definitely minimal. I had read a few reviews beforehand, but it still wasn’t clear enough to me going in. We brought our children, including a 13-year-old boy, and he was visibly uncomfortable with the uniforms (he was literally covering his eyes anytime a server came near the table). So overall: great food, great service, and a great-looking restaurant—but I’d personally recommend it more for adults than for kids/teens.

5 stars for the incredible service from Hazel and Kendra in the Cigar Lounge at Twin Peaks Reno! These two are absolute standouts—super attentive, make you feel welcome right away, and build real rapport with every guest. They check in on tables every 10-15 minutes without fail, always keeping an eye out to see if you need anything. Their upsells feel genuine and helpful, not pushy at all, and it just adds to a great experience. I also love how proactive they are outside the lounge—posting on Instagram about their shifts and what's happening in the Cigar Lounge. It's smart marketing that lets regulars know when to come in for top-notch service, and it clearly builds a loyal following. When they're working, the whole vibe is elevated, and it makes me want to keep coming back specifically for them. Hazel and Kendra are true assets to Twin Peaks Reno—keep up the amazing work! You two make the Cigar Lounge a must-visit spot. Highly recommend stopping by when they're on shift!

This is solely based on management I’ve been to many of these chains and the girls are amazing I choose to only go to the cigar bar based on service. Donald (manager) is rude and not a good fit for this type of business. Leadership starts with hard work and dedication… he is lazy and quick to want to delegate. If you see a customer needs something or your staff is busy help out instead of staring at the girls cleaning windows like a creep. Perhaps this is only my opinion maybe corporate should do a survey with the staff.

Went here not knowing what to expect yet was pleasantly surprised with both the food and service. Was greeted immediately upon entering and seated right away. Within 2 minutes, Amber was at our table, asking if we were ready for drinks and apps. Amber provided excellent suggestions for apps, providing timely updates as we waited, eventually taking our order when we were ready. The cheese bites and mini tacos were pretty good, but the lobster roll and pepperoni Flatbread was fantastic! Now, the apparel worn by these lovely ladies is minimal but did not detract from the meal or experience at all. Actually, it made for interesting conversation while people watching (couples need be confident in their relationship when coming here because some were not and the views are scenic for sure!). Recommend a visit, we will be back soon.

Having traveled from out of town for business, I found myself at a car rental location. Upon inquiring about recommendations for a good place to eat, an employee suggested "Twin Peaks," a place I was unfamiliar with at the time. Upon entering, I was quite pleasantly surprised. I decided to try the short ribs and smash potatoes. While they were not bad, they were not exceptional either. However, I did enjoy an outstanding mixed drink. The service was excellent, and I had no complaints whatsoever. The atmosphere was even better, offering a visually impressive experience. I certainly plan to return and sample another dish from their menu.
