The Human Bean

I went to the human bean to go treat my family with real fruit smoothies. When receiving my order I let the girl know there is an item missing. With an attitude she said “this is what your ordered” I said no I asked for 2 cotton candy flavors. She just looked at me and started walking away. As she started walking away I told her that it was a 16oz. Then there she comes again with a kid size. I then told her I asked for a 16oz, I told her I will pay for it. She grabbed the drink back aggressively and with attitude took off saying things. Such a bad experience. They definitely need to pay more attention on what the customers are asking for. Both of the girls there were definitely not customer service friendly. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else.

This place is nice and the girls customer drive Service is great! The girl at the window gave me a suggestion so I took it and the drink was bomb. I love it! I'll definitely be back for another one and i got a sandwich 🥪 that was awesome as well.

Service is always amazing here, but y’all. Please make sure you’re cleaning out the machines and cups. Thank god I let my drinks melt in my mouth or I would have swallowed this.

Good coffee and good energy drinks. It's easy and they are super quick to make what you order. They have up to 32 oz in energy drinks!
